Mighty Warriors

Mighty warriors, gleaming white
Standing ready, day and night.
Full of power, God's own host,
Guarding what He loves the most.

Unseen dangers, here and there,
Yet they trip the fowler's snare.
Satan's armies, bent on harm,
They can stop without alarm.

Never laughing, do not weep,
Never slumber, never sleep.
Not constrained by time or space,
They behold the Father's face,

Always ready to obey,
His commands without delay.
Ever watchful, without fear;
Children's angels, always near.
